Weekly News: Under 21s go down to outstanding Holycross side / Club to launch history book next Sunday

Under 21 A County Final

Commiserations to our brave Under 21 hurlers who lost out heavily to an outstanding Holycross Ballycahill team on Sunday in the County A final in Drombane. This team really has given the club’s supporters some brilliant days over the last two years and they can be very proud of their achievement in winning back to back West A titles culminating in a county final appearance this year. In truth, it was always going to be a difficult assignment for our lads, coming up against a Holycross side that has won the last three County U19 titles. And so it proved, as Holycross ran out 1.20 to 8 point victors. Books will be on sale on the day and for €30, this could be the ideal Christmas gift for any Clonoulty Rossmore supporter or parishioner. See you all there on Sunday!
